I am in the midst of a major brainstorm session- I guess it can wait for my 2.5 hour plane ride from Tampa to JFK on Wednesday, but there are some things I believe I need to figure out before then.
The most important duty I have to think about is Thanksgiving dessert. My dad is the pie man, so I am assigned to come up with something different before we arrive so my mom can buy the necessary ingredients. As you can expect, all Thanksgiving dessert has pumpkin in my mind, but I do want to add some variety, perhaps chocolate? I have to figure out what I can accomplish while still making mashed potatoes and green beans in time for dinner.
